Let it sit on a proper wineglass
If you drink wine as soon as you open the bottle, you’ll get a thin bodied taste rather than a fuller taste. To achieve this, let the wine sit for about 5 – 30 minutes to oxidize the wine properly. You also need to pour the wine into a wine glass. Wine glasses are designed to trap the aroma of the wine which lets you smell it more accurately. To do this, you can put your nose into the glass.
Use the wineglass to swirl your wine properly
Some experts are able to tell how the wine tastes simply my swirling it in a wine glass. Observe how the wine behaves when you swirl it around. When you do swirl the wine, it creates what wine people call legs. If the wine sticks to the side of the glass, it means it has a lot of fruit juice. Also, the darker the color of the wine, the bolder its taste.

Take sips of your wine
Let the wine run through the tip of your tongue, both sides, underneath, and the back of your mouth. After doing so, spit or swallow the wine and breathe in order to fill your mouth with air. Further oxidizing changes how the wine tastes.
